I have been working out off and on for many years but I always take way too much time off. I am wife and mother of three and always stay very busy but I am tired of being chunky and I am ready to achieve my goals.
Why I Love It:
First of all I love working out because of the natural high that I feel. I also love it because it is something that my husband and I like to "compete" with! We both pretty much let ourselves go so now we have decided to get back in shape and eat right so now we will see who can make the best transformation!! I am so going to SMOKE him!! LOL
How I Stay Motivated:
My husband and kids keep me motivated. I want to be able to keep up with my kids and I want to be the smoking hot wife that my husband deserves! By the way... he finally has a BB.com profile!! Check him out-- JDJohn02. He is just now beginning his transformation (9-14-08) so I can't wait to watch him on his journey!!
BB Accomplishments:
Well, I completed my first part of my transformation so now I'm on to my next phase... Get really lean!

Goal (Long):
I would really love to achieve an overall toned physique. I don't want to be overly muscular but I want to see some definition. I have some good muscle tone underneath all of this fat.... I just have to eat clean and continue to workout to reveal it!!
I finished my first week (Monday-Friday) of my new "plan." The training was piece of cake. I never have a problem with discipline in the gym. The diet, however, is another story. I can eat protein no problem. This no/low carb thing is killing me. I am so exhausted. I am on the CHA...

Love the new progress pics...quads are looking GREAT! I've had an appetite problem lately...SO HUNGRY! So, the diet hasn't been that great, but the workouts have been killer. Chest day today was AWESOME!

Kinda. She got into a challenge with me and ShanBL to see who could lose the most weight in the next two weeks. She's gone to my gym with my twice so thats better than nothing!
Blessed. Very Blessed. On my way to work and then work but I've spent most of the day at home with my kids. Other than the stuffed bear that almost caught on fire in their lamp its been a good day!! LMAO
I think I'm almost over my bicep injury so starting to pick-up the pace, add more weight etc. Doing Allstar soceer today and tom, very exhausting,lots of rain....other then that SUPER. I'm really impressed w/ your Progress. congrats, doesn't it feel great??
