I began strength training to help in sports play. In the late 1980's, I moved into a BodyBuilding Lifestyle and continue to develope from there.
Why I Love It:
I love the pain. I enjoy pushing myself and others to new levels of achievement.
Addiction to the pump.
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm motivated to beat my major competitor, myself. My challenge is to beat my last training session each and every time. My show is my improvements from week to week. My trophy is my body that I have created through years of pain and sweat. The world is my stage.

thanks Jack for your kind words.My goals are more chest and legs with good definition abs.I'm eating right and clean,taking more proteins and cardio 3-4 times at week after every workout (20-30 minutes).I train at home.train legs is more difficult,but not difficult I think....thanks again my friend.all the best with you.EROS
