What bicep workout has worked best for you?
Supersets with successive cable and dumbbell curls, paired with triceps extensions. Barbell curls, concentration curls, machine curls.

What tricep workout has worked best for you?
Paired supersets with bis. Cable pressdowns, both hands and single handed sets, and skull crushers. Normally 8-10 reps, 6 sets. Lying tri-press, kickbacks, dips.

Thats good to hear, keep it up. Im doing better, I took off some time from the gym during the holidays. I just got too busy with everything, but Im back in it and Im super pumped.
