What chest workout has worked best for you?
Love to pump those pecs with hammer strength machine press; lying dumbbell press; HEAVY peck deck; cable crossovers; dips.

What bicep workout has worked best for you?
Supersets with successive cable and dumbbell curls, paired with triceps extensions. Barbell curls, concentration curls, machine curls.

What tricep workout has worked best for you?
Paired supersets with bis. Cable pressdowns, both hands and single handed sets, and skull crushers. Normally 8-10 reps, 6 sets. Lying tri-press, kickbacks, dips.

Mostly Diet? NO! Everthing is the same as in Off-Saison...Just Switch them around that I have my last Meal with Carbs at 3PM! The BIGGEST "problem" is CARDIO!! 45-90 Minutes every Morning. No, so new Pics...but when my "12-Week Challenge" is over...I try to get the new Teen Bodybuilder of the Week and Teen Transformation of the Week!
