When I Started:
How I Started: I've been involved in sports since 1st grade. I grew up with parents lived the healthiest life they could. Along with my dad managing gyms and a star athlete even out of college. I was inspired as long as I can remember and can't seem to leave the lifestyle I was born into.
Why I Love It: There is no greater passion than taking care of yourelf. I never get bored, there is always something to do, always ways to reinvent yourself, it is ever changing and always beneficial.
How I Stay Motivated: How can you not when you know you're only bettering your life and yourself?

Goals:
Main Goal: Compete
Goal (Short): Best physical shape I can achieve.
Goal (Long): Even though I've always been an athlete and in great shape, I am a perfectionist. Next year I want to start competing in Figure Competitions. To be figure ready I want to be 9% bodyfat, 95-100lbs. By the end of September I want to cut down as much fat as I can. Through the Fall & Winter I want to gain 5-10lbs of lean muscle. Then by end of February I will shred out to get as cut as possible.
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 15 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 9%

Yeah, it can be hard when you have a real busy schedual. Mine is going alright, just trying to stay motivated and not miss a day.
