Its been 3 weeks since I started my nutritian and exercise plan with my trainer. I have had a few bumbs and detours during this time but I can say I have made some progress. My weigh in today is 221. I have lost a total of 8lbs and so that's around 3lbs a week give or take. It didn't come...
