just got tired of being overweight and doing nothing about it so i got off my ass and started being active...
Why I Love It:
because it makes me feel good about myself. something i have not had in a long time.
How I Stay Motivated:
by reading up on current articles and talking with friends about each other's progress. keeps me in the know and makes me want to workout. I put on my workout gear of course that makes you want to workout! I like reading Men's Health Magazine

My goal is to achieve the maximum results I can in this 3-Month Lean Down!
Goal (Long):
I want to drop the love handles and the man boobs and tone my body up and gain lean muscle mass. I want to get to a healthy BMI level.
I lost track of my focus when moving but I am back on track and reaching for my next set of goals!
Well, i eat healthy, lots of proteins. not consuming too much fats and carbs. I workout 4 days a week. i do cardio....and it seems like i am still stuck where i am....i mean i got down to around 235 and once i was there its like everything stopped....i was still pumping hard, doing cardio...
I am glad man that you’re very excited to be going to my gym. Recently because I have wanted to run in memorial park I have been going to the “Bally’s” off Postoak blvd. right after work. I just want you to know I got your back man and if you need any advice or training tips or hell even a workout partner for a day or so when you start to not feel as motivated. I will be there!

its going pretty good, althought ive been stuck at 174 for about 2 weeks, i cant seem to loose any more weight, but i have been able to lift more, CONGRATS on the weight loss! keep it up!

cool, i've also had some good results this past semester alone i went from 198lbs to 177, but during the winter break i've only gone down to 175! wich sucks!
