I got my first group fitness certification from AFFA and started working as an instructor at a women's gym in Texas! But I really started focusing on workingout after my son was born in 2002!
Why I Love It:
God only gave me 1 body, so I gotta take care of it! It just feels SOOOOO good . . . I love lifting heavy, sweating, thinking I'm not gonna make it the end of a set . . . and then getting it done . . .and adoring the burning feeling in my muscles!
How I Stay Motivated:
My little one keeps my motivated. . . I want him to know the importance of staying healthy and fit! And he's so competative at such a young age. He always wants to race and do push-up contest and "let's see who can hold a plank the longest!" He's only 6, I have to give him some serious competition:-)!Plus wanting to look SMOKING HOT at all times, keeps me motivated too!!

Glutes are looking a little perkier! Sorry about all the personal items in view. Its hard to do pics of yourself:-)Finally have that hourglass back!

Goal (Long):
I'm not sure what size or what weight right now . . . but I have the look in mind! I really want to maintain the muscles I have . . . that's really important. From now until March really focus on my CORE (lower back, abs, glutes). Maintain CURVES and MUSCLES while leaning out a bit more! Work hard and train until I puke!
So I'm in the process of coming up with a new workout for myself and would like to try some new exercises and need your help!!!! I've heard and seen a Clean and Press, I've also heard of a Hang Clean (but don't know what that is). Can anyone give me some ideas or variations of these exercises...
Mondays and Wednesdays and Fridays:
Full body workout (I always change things up but for the next 2 months, I will design a workout, then repeat this workout on these days for 2 weeks. Then design myself a new one!)
Tuesdays and Thursdays:
Core (abs, back, glutes) + 45 minutes...

Good morning! You look strong wow...I have not mapped out competition schedule for 09. I would like to make some dramatic improvements til I go back outthere and may just wait til next year. I will re-evaluate in the summer. What about you? I surely like the perky rounded butt I want that one too!
