Luis, muy sencillo, Push-ups are great, you use your own weight, place your hands front, middle or back, will affect your chest, do them every day and you will see how they help you round your chest better than just with weights.

Change weight for volume, you will keep seeing the gain, and maybe something more, seize and definition, but you need to work hard.

Twice week is Awesome.I did that for a while and noticed gains too:) U need to try jump squats...heheha
