i cant even see ym abs anymore, but i don't care, i just wann keep gettign bigger! And yes, i know i need to work on chest more, that's my main focus right now
Thank God, someone else who gets them. Do you get them in your shoulder when you move it in a certain direction way etc during the day? It's just weird when it started - no pain as i say, just weird. I'm obviously going to try and correct the shoulder one my doing some more posterior deltoid work and RC specific exercises just as precaution. The price we may for a good physique eh?
Hi,
I was wondering do you ever get shoulder clicks when you workout or when you rest? I get them every so often when i move my arm in a certain way (no pain though). Have you experienced anything similar?
All I know is, is that I've been locking up my place extra tight ever since I saw you were sneaking in and taking profile pics in my garage. Keep it rockin' bro!
Very impressive gains not only in muscle size but in definition AND grammatically. Not a lot of room for details but upper lats, chest, arms and forearms all very good. Thickly muscled back also. Posing has greatly improved also. Congrats on solid effort so far. Andre
