A major mid-20's weight gain. A long-time friend of mine finally made a change in Iraq and there was no way I was gonna sit around being a giant ball of lard after seeing him get results! We've always been competative!
Why I Love It:
Currently, it's my escape from reality and humanity. There's something primal about lifting that I connect with. All stress, all worries disappear in it.
How I Stay Motivated:
It's become habit more so than anything else. Still, not being fat is motivation enough.
BB Accomplishments:
Total transformation of my body.

Ugh, what a fatass! This is my first time ever being 240 lb +, NEVER AGAIN!
Well, I promised a pic around here, but it's not quite where I wanted to be... I'm up about 3-4 lbs, and maaaaybe a little leaner in 2-3 months... that's a big gain at this stage. It's all in the legs tho.
Find a balance in my lifestyle to maintain a fit, lean, muscular body. This of course, includes a stable diet and workout plan - but also activities that do not counteract my hard work too much.
I'd like to come into my 30's at 190-200 lbs looking like I'm still 20.
Ugh, almost midnight but my 7 pm cardio seems to be keeping me up still (7-8 pm). Well, atleast it's not supplements since those are taken in the day...
Guess it's gotta come 5-7pm after work, or during the day - which will be more of a challenge... or perhaps in a few weeks my body will...
I'm not focused on strength gains atm so I'm not rotating like I should to build muscle (even though I've seen some size increase already). Currently, my goal is to trim up and keep lean muscle. To change it up, I'll change from barbell (higher reps)...
Hey Drekkor, saw you posted a few times an a forum and wanted to see your gains, I have to say I am astonished at what you have done with yourself! I can't begin to give you enough credit for the changes you made! Great job and keep it up! Guys like you are text book examples of what we all (whether we start out in the same shape as you or not) strive for in terms of setting and achieving goals.
Thanks so much!! Helps that it was only 2 days out from my first show, lol.
Trying to get into the bulking mindset...I'm so horrible with long term goals!
"Currently, it's my escape from reality and humanity. There's something primal about lifting that I connect with. All stress, all worries disappear in it." Very well put. Couldn't agree more.
After checking out your progress photos, all I can say is DAMN...what a wild ride! I think you're looking awesome. Delts and traps are incredibly hulkish in my book. keep up the good work, keep on hulkin' it huge.
Amazing progress so far bro! Looking great bro and nice overall built! Good mass bro and abs are coming along nicely! Keep kicking ass bro and keep me posted!
Thanks for the add!! You just got to stay focused and you to can be a monster! I hoping to really push myself these last few days to grow! I want to hit 320...
