How I Started:
My husband got me started. He started looking great and I couldnt let him look better than me. Now we both are working out together.
Why I Love It:
I feel great when I do workout. I am enjoying the changes that I am seeing. I really enjoy the compliments from friends and strangers at the gym. I like shopping for smaller clothes.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing others in the gym in shape,
I live by the beach and want to look good in a suit.

Goal (Long):
All of my life I have struggled with my weight. I have been in weight watchers which helped me to get to my goal weght of 150 Lbs. After the death of my dad I ate for comfort and put back on 32 Lbs of the 40 I had lost. I have struggled with getting the weight off for over 1yr. I needed something to jump start me. I found the Labrada Lean Body challenge which seems to me a lifestyle change and not just a quick fix. I found the challenge from another member whom made lemonade when life gave her lemons. So now I have decided to take things further. I will enter a figure competition in the future date to be determined. I cant let him look great and not me. It is wonderful to work together and motivate each other.

Yes that's a good thing! It keeps you from wanting to eat the bad stuff! Ezekiel bread is spouted bread. It's the only bread with all the essential amino acids. It has protein. And it's not really processed. But...I eat it because Jay Cutler includes it in his diet...and if it's good enough for him...

Well, I did get word that they are going to put a letter I wrote in M&F Magazine. That's my next big event! Sounds like we just need to tweak your diet! If you search from my Transformation of the Week story, it has my EXACT diet, if you want to compare!
