Marzia and I have become great friends! I have a lot of admiration for her, and with this, she has given me a lot motivation. Marzia gives me that push that I need to where I know I can make a big difference with my body. I believe her!
Why I Love It:
I love looking good for myself and my husband. I love having the energy after working out and I can chase my two kids around a lot faster. It is the best feeling! I love all the new clothes too!
How I Stay Motivated:
Entering the Iron Man/BB.com Model Search. Semi-finals here I come! Hearing from others that I inspire them...this is the greatest feeling of all! My husband and family keep me motivated. They are always looking out for me! Now I'm going to try to get my PT certification in Jan!
BB Accomplishments:
Placing 1st & 2nd at the INBA San Antonio Classic. Featured in a Gaspari Nutrition Ad in popular women's fitness magazines. Becoming the spokes model for Cougar Energy Drink. Got my cholesterol rechecked (was 300) and its dropped 85 points! I did my first competition...I'm hooked!

I want to firm up my stomach and waist. My upper thighs and arms will get toned.

Goal (Long):
Did my first competition in August. Hot "Fit" Mom Competition. Won my second competition on October 11 in Sports Model and 2nd in Bikini
What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
I did my transformation and Marzia and my husband kept me motivated. Oh, also getting rid of 4 bags of "big" clothes too. I didn't want to go back to that place in my life.
Just got back from Vegas for New Year's! Man, I needed it. After going since March, I had to get some crappy eating and drinking out of my system. Don't worry, I didn't go too crazy, but after having meltdowns throughout the year and things constanlty going on, I needed it. So now it's...
Well I did my transformation and I'm on my own now. I go to the gym 6-7 days a week. I will pump out cardio before I hit the weights or take a class. I've been taking a lot of Barbell classes and Core classes. This helps me hit the muscles I forget about!

I have been out of touch this past week. Hope your New Year was great. Its been crazy with me in and out of town but I am back in action starting today. I didn't lose anything the past couple of weeks but I didn't gain either so I guess that's good. I have managed to keep up my workouts but I am going to change things up a little. Decided to try (HIIT)the other day for the first time. WOW what a rush. Well see what kind of results I can get with doing that as well.
Vegas!? Wow that had to rock. Will make it out there eventually. Got my workout program started today with a killer chest workout. I posted it on my blog. How about you?

Going to Orlando for a much needed vacation. Staying at the Dolphin resort in Disney World...hope to golf at the area courses. Some nice places to get a fun workout there, too! Hope you have a great Sunday! :)
I love the feeling of workingout and seeing the results and some kids at my age just don't realize Being healthy is very important. I hope to have a good enough body and compete in the future. How's traning for you?
