How I Started: I have been training Contact Combat for 2 years it gave me the inspiration and i started liking being strong and have muscles so i continued with it and i don't regret :)

i know theyr not the only thing that get u big. eating right is huge. and suppliments are just the things in meat you dont have time to eat. or they give you energy for a workout. do you know of any way to increase your bone mass besides drinking milk so it can support more muscle?

well i had a personal trainer help me with the workout and the proper techniques. i rest a full day. like i work out every other day. and just idk what else to do. i already turned to supplements and theyr not helping. everyone my age is benching 180 190 or 200 pounds while im at 150

yo man. i just turned 15. was wondering.. my bench is never steady. i keep working out every other day and every time its usually pretty high. like 125 or so. but i think im maxed out. how do i break through the platou, other than changine my workout?

what have you been doing to gain weight? It is something i am having trouble with. I am currently taking whey protein and ive gained 10lbs but i have hit a plateau and need more weight.

Hey thanks for the reply on fatloss. I was at the gym the other day and I had them check my body fat %. They said I was about 22%. So based on 22% how many carbs should should I take in daily?. Let me know..thanks.

My question is how to reduce fat when it comes to eating. Im eating the proper way (to my knowledge) But there is almost a sscience to eating properly based on what you are trying to accomplish. I have noooo problem gaining mass and muscle... but now I am 208 lbs.... and I want to lean out and be more cut.... with this in mind what do you suggest I eat?.... BTW....I take 100% whey protein... L-Glutimine and Creatine and a product called Lean. Thanks
