How I Started: Started about 14. Nothing serious, just slowly got into it more. Using weight training as my new sport.
Why I Love It: I feel good when I'm training. It destresses me. I like achieving my goals. Gives me a positive focus in my life
How I Stay Motivated: Keep progressing slowly. Small consistent gains.
Matthew 24:13 "He who endures to the end will be saved". Means a lot to me.
TRAMPLE THE WEAK, HURDLE THE DEAD, NEVER GIVE UP.
BB Accomplishments: Slow progression of increasing weight. Losing 15kg's and then putting a healthy 8kg's back on over about 18 months.

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
I try not to, maybe when im lifting heavier I do a loud forced breath, NO GRUNTS HERE!!!

first time back to 100 kg's in long time. Felt good to have the confidence to attack that weight and go heavy on the legs again. Been worried for a while about my back holding out. But overall went well, little shaky through the core so will have to work on that over the next few months i think...

hello! I am doing pretty well! I am down at school in South Carolina now, and I am having a lot of fun--there is a bodybuilding club here! How cool is that? My training has been on the DL lately--I was pretty sick, but I went back today! I felt weak, but I know I will get it back. Im trying to gain mass for the winter. What about you? How is your training going?? How's life?

thats great dude! The personal trainer at your gym should be able to take bodyfat measurements for you, but be prepared to be charged for it (bs, i know). Size measurements are a great way to track your progress though. keep up the good work!
