Started about 14. Nothing serious, just slowly got into it more. Using weight training as my new sport.
Why I Love It:
I feel good when I'm training. It destresses me. I like achieving my goals. Gives me a positive focus in my life
How I Stay Motivated:
Keep progressing slowly. Small consistent gains.
Matthew 24:13 "He who endures to the end will be saved". Means a lot to me.
TRAMPLE THE WEAK, HURDLE THE DEAD, NEVER GIVE UP.
BB Accomplishments:
Slow progression of increasing weight. Losing 15kg's and then putting a healthy 8kg's back on over about 18 months.
Im starting my diet, any and ALL help will be very much appreciated :) Comments welcome an encouraged
Goal (Long):
*Regain my positive attitude to life and continue to improve. (think Im getting there)
*Gain Mass ( done that I think)
*See obvious improvements in my next photos (???)
*I wanna shock my body into growth again( not sure)

first time back to 100 kg's in long time. Felt good to have the confidence to attack that weight and go heavy on the legs again. Been worried for a while about my back holding out. But overall went well, little shaky through the core so will have to work on that over the next few months i think...
no training today:( not because i don't want to but because i need to keep to my scheduled rest days...i'm on a 4 day (sometimes 5-day) split as of now.
how is your training coming along?

hello! I am doing pretty well! I am down at school in South Carolina now, and I am having a lot of fun--there is a bodybuilding club here! How cool is that? My training has been on the DL lately--I was pretty sick, but I went back today! I felt weak, but I know I will get it back. Im trying to gain mass for the winter. What about you? How is your training going?? How's life?
haha yeah complete crock of shit. I think I spied some sort of exercise physiology dept at uni in BJ building or something. Might ask there if anyone knows how. I really wanna find out.

thats great dude! The personal trainer at your gym should be able to take bodyfat measurements for you, but be prepared to be charged for it (bs, i know). Size measurements are a great way to track your progress though. keep up the good work!
hey dude, I've only JUST gotten back to the gym last week. Arm is feeling okay now but I've gotta take it heaps easy for about the next month (which I'm not happy about). Hows training for you?
training has been a bit random this week because of too much uni work and not having my usual structure. but im still loving it. lol.
