When I Started: Apr, 2006
How I Started: I hit 20 stones and thought Oh Oh, got to lose the weight and here I am. Also had a goal to not be unfit when I hit 30 (I'm 29 now).
Why I Love It: The whole body recomposition and being able to do things that I could not do months or even years ago.
How I Stay Motivated: By remembering my end goal
BB Accomplishments: Losing 4 stone and hitting 100kg in the deadlift. Also being able to do 1 rep of a handstand pushup.

Main Goal: Transform My Body
Goal (Short): Become proficient at Capoeira and be able to get to a low bodyfat. Do at least 10 pulls ups and 10 handstand pushups. By the 1st Jan 2009 - Do a photoshoot that will show off my new low bf and muscles :)

lol Maybe I'll watch that Brandon Lee movie and get all inspired again. I took Tae'k for a while and loved it, well, everything except actual fighting. I hate the idea of hitting someone so I really hated that part... unfortunately the place closed down.

Other than wandering around the house in a zombie trance because my 21 yr old son just moved out on Friday and it's weird here now I haven't done a thing this weekend except lifting. :/ Hope you had a nice weekend :) Come to think of it, you look very much like my baby and could easily pass as his brother! lol

Thank you for the nice comment you left on my profile :) You're a handsome young lad now and with weightlifting I'm sure you'll be a much more fabulous looking 50 than I am! :)Great job on the deadlifts and the handstand pushups. I've got 79.4 kg on the deadlift and it's one thing that I really get excited increasing on. I couldn't stand on my hands if my life depended on it LOL
