When I Started: Aug, 2007
How I Started: The main reason i started working out was, i went shopping for some winter clothes and i couldnt fit anything that i wanted to wear i started getting dipressed. i was 5'8 295 pounds i wore a 44 in jeans and a XXXXL shirt. Ive been busting my ass for almost a year! im 220 i wear i size 34 jeans and a XL shirt! and now im just trying to stay healthy!!!!
Why I Love It: Working out gives me the opportunity to get away from society! no worries! the only thing on my mind is me and the Steel!!!
How I Stay Motivated: MY motivation is mE! i know i never want to be as heavy as i was ever again an im not going to allow it to happen
BB Accomplishments: 70 pound weight lost on my own no help nobody pushing me!! all me!!! thats my major Accomplishment
