How I Started:
I just got tired of being skinny. After working out for a few months and seeing some progress, I was hooked on body building.
Why I Love It:
Body Building has been a confidence builder for me. I also like being different from the average person.
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm usually motivated by people who share the same passion for body building. When I see others with great bodies...it motivates me to step up my goals and aspiration. My motto "If he can do it, so can I".
BB Accomplishments:
Winning 1st place masters, 1st place novice and overall novice. I had a blast. That was fun. Who would have thought I would win it all.

Goal (Long):
Bulk up over the winter and compete in 09. I'm focsed on bringing my quads out more, better definition, a wider back and peaked biceps.
yes sirrrrrrrrrr i feel wider and thicker it feels like there are truly being forced to grow thats the cool thing.. ah cardio abs pullups and suspended cable pushups beastmode bro.. we on our way to lean city driving the beastmobile. i'm out homie.. gotta get this protein shake. lol
Thanks WB. I hitting it hard, too. Did 60 mins cardio this morning. Going back tonight for some iron. My diet is good. After Christmas I was 206. Weighed 199 this morning. Post some progress pix.

hey coach, how's the diet coming? Man, I did good at my party this weekend. I packed a cooler with tuna, grilled Tilapia, 100% whole wheat pretzels and some shelled unsalted peanuts. As WB says, you can go out and have fun without cheating. True ... true. Thanks for the encouragement bruh!
bro its all good nothing to it but to do it when i'm off i usually start my training wk off with my favorite bodypart to get an off the chain beastmode pump and then im kinda back in it... today was chest shoulders pullups abs and legs did this new suspended cable pushup today crazy pump gonna do it daily with them pullups haha holla back be easy bro.. holidays are gone now lets get it..beastmode..
