Hey! Yeah I know. I have been gone for a bit. I not only let myself get derailed, I didn’t dish out the encouragement to my friends. I apologize. Everything is ok. I've just been diagnose with hypothyroidism. So hopefully with the new meds to replace the hormones and eating right and exercise I will be going great really soon. How are things over there?
