When I Started: Jan, 2008
How I Started: Let's just say I had a life-altering dating experience that turned into deep depression and a diet of lettuce and mustard. Then constant running and half-marathons. I met some bodybuilder at the UC rec center that thought he was pretty cool and he made me eat food! Haha... I then realized my body can't live off mustard, lettuce and pickles for very long so I decided to start eating healthy and liftin' weights!! :-)
Why I Love It: It is fun when guys freak out when they see a chic doing deadlifts and squats who does not look like Hulk Hogan.
How I Stay Motivated: Page through NBA and NFL cheerleader Web sites.
BB Accomplishments: After only FOUR months of using the bar, I am now up to 200 deadlift!!! Yay!

NFL dancers shouldn't be deadlifting that kind of weight LOL. Seriously that was awesome. I have a friend that danced with the Atlanta Hawks A-Town dancers last season. She really enjoyed it. Good luck. You know i'm behind you.
