How I Started:
I was really chubby through out my younger years and I was tired of it. So I picked up some weights and never looked back. I'm currently deployed in Germany, but when I'm back in Washington you can find me at the Crossfit gym in Oak Harbor.
Why I Love It:
Theirs no better high. Like any drug it's an addiction!! You start seeing the results and you want more!
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing my body change, "the strengh, the new definition, the confidence in myself, THE RESULTS!!"

This is a picture of me in Vegas a few months ago.
I want to see what my body is capable of achieving! I want to push myself to the limit and then push some more!!
Goal (Long):
When I started lifting in '05 I wanted to lose weight and gain some muscle. I weighed about 230lbs with roughly 18% body fat. Over the past three years I have been able to gain lean muscle and have dropped my wieght down to 200lbs with about 8-10% body fat. I've achieved more than I ever thought was capable. Now I want to see if I can achieve more!! I want to see if the body that God has given me can do!
I've super setted chest and triceps for a longtime now and found that it really works for me. Recently I've started super setting a ab excersise in there and found that it helps keep my heart rate up and gives me a break on my chest and triceps so I dont really have to take a break between sets...
trainings going good...but its always hard to go back to "normal" after a competition. You get use to seeing things a certain way and realizing -for a female---you can't stay like that~ its hard.

Yeah, the rocker tongue thing just fits ;p not sure why....but i'm sure it has a little something to do with my dorky persona. lol.
i think its in the near of stuttgart... he made my tattoo really very clean and it healed very fast.. check up the homepage.. BTW: you look great as usual Blake.. ;) just keep up the great work... :)

No wonder your abs look like that! Danm that is some serious work out! Thanks bro, I just checked the message! I am still fighting the good fight and trying my best! I am starting cardio twice a day today and see how it goes! Also feeling like shit because I cheated yesterday!
Thanks, it's been frustrating. Been dealing with herniated disc since August, so workouts have been upper body mostly with very low cardio and no legs. I am just back to wall squats--it sucks! 4 workouts/wk. Can't believe I'm looking forward to working out legs again!
