I started running before school let out. That was a blast. Then I made a plan to start weights a couple weeks after finals, etc. I CAN'T STOP.

What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
Running/Biking. It feels great.
What is your cardio exercise plan?
HIIT for 20 minutes
Biking (14-16mph) for 45 minutes or I'll go on a ride with my parents (who are more serious bikers)
