I was always the lil pudgy kid gettn picked on. Wanted to change that up, so i started liftn
Why I Love It:
Its healthy, gave me the body i got. good pass time in the navy!!! Most importantly,it makes me who I am. I don't see it as just workingout, its a lifestyle.
How I Stay Motivated:
Good friends that constantly push me. Role models.
