Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
I tweaked part of right trap muscle doing overhead press. It hurt and ached for two weeks. I had to take some time off and relax

You're welcome. My 1st show ever is in April in Baltimore, MD. I figure that will be a warm up show and then in June the show is in Wilmington, DE. They are both OCB shows w/ unconfirmed dates. I don't expect to do well or anything. I'm maily doin them to supoort a friend, and I figure it could be fun.

I've been good man. Hope you had a nice holiday. I gained a few lbs. from all the crap I ate over Christmas. LOL Back to the hitting the weights. Plan to bulk up then lean out for a late 2009 contest. Happy New Year!

Only gained a few pounds. Stayed away from the sweets. First time I've ever done that. Kinda sucked but I feel good
