How I Started:
A friend got me started while stationed in the states, and a few months later, I went on an unaccopanied tour to Korea. I had a lot of time on my hands and I used part of that time in the gym.
Why I Love It:
Results, and people telling me my body doesn't look my age.
How I Stay Motivated:
Coming to this site and seeing the amazing results people are getting from hard work.

I still want to be a "200 pounder" though I didn't quite meet my goal for Summer 2008,(I hit 195 before injuring my back). Back on track now.
Goal (Long):
Overall goal is to bulk up to 210, 215, (I'm 5'10"), and do a good job of cutting excess body fat, down to 195-200. Having visible ab muscle is included in this goal.
Somehow, I've managed to get back in the gym. Went to South GA to pick up my Mom the day before Thanksgiving, and helped my wife get things ready for our guests when I returned home late Wed. night. I managed to get to bed at at 4 a.m. Joining me, my wife, our mothers and our younger...

LOL! Frat I can STILL do a step or two if I JUST HAD to! Interestingly enough, perhaps regional differences (or time frame Preppy 80s), during our undergrad, we always stepped in black loafers. Never stepped once in any boots! You worked out any this week?
