Have been working out on and off for a while.Decided to get serious a few years ago,it hasn't been easy but i'm proud of my accomplishments.
Why I Love It:
The pump i get,the state of mind I enter when pushing the iron is like nothing I can explain.Bodybuilding is the ultimate sport, because no matter how much money you have or how many supplements you take,if you don't have the genetics and work ethic, you will never be better than those who do.
How I Stay Motivated:
By looking at my progress in the mirror.Remembering how I looked when I started.Reading any and every bodybuilding magazine.
BB Accomplishments:
No contests as of yet but I have come a long way.Weighed 127 lbs in 1998,currently weigh over 220 lbs.

this photo is from aug 2006 .I was about 189 or 190lbs.
weighing about 229,time to push it to the limit once more
Looking back at what i've done and put my body through makes me realize how lucky I am to be here.Years back when i decided to get serious again and this time stick to my plan i knew it wouldn't be easy, but i had no idea what i was in for.Everything was going good for a while and i had made...
I won't go into detail.I use only Barbell and Dumbell exercises. The only exceptions are Lat Pulldowns,Leg Press,Lying Leg Curls, and Calf Machines.Free weights are the cornerstone of my workout program, and I see no need for change.I don't use wrist wraps, knee wraps,or even lifting gloves only...
How have you been, sir? It’s been aaages! I trust all is well. I’m in the United States for a 2-week holiday. I’m in Georgia, in fact. I hope we can exchange details and get in touch whilst I’m here.
Thanks man! I work out at a private gym at well. Its the best equipment we got in town. Everything is new. You look good man. Any advice you can give me for size?
Thanks for calling me a monster. It helps being reminded how far we each have come in our bodybuilding journey. Can't wait to see what you'll look like at 250lbs with 20in plus guns. Just plain huge, I'd say. Thanks again. -T
Great new progress pic man. Just becoming a bigger mountain of muscle I see. Have to ask how much bigger to plan on getting? I can easily see you breaching the 240lbs mark. And easily hit 20in guns (nice to see you hit 19in). Great job dude. -T
Hey man, sorry to hear about your health. I am hoping to hit 250# as well and then start trimming down before the summer. I had to change my plan about the may show because I will be in Italy with my famiglia. Priorities. Hope all is well. CC
