When my pants waist size reached 38" I started reading Men's Health Magazine The next thing I knew I was walking/jogging. Then I bought a few weights to use at home. After about a month of this I joined the Y.M.C.A.
Why I Love It:
It's all about the feeling. I love the feeling of health, reaching goals, and pushing myself to get one more rep out of a set.
How I Stay Motivated:
My wife motivates me. It's an awesome feeling when she notices and reacts to the changes I've made.
BB Accomplishments:
I'm starting to add weight and size to my body.

Taken Right After I Got Back In The Gym in Oct 2007
157Lbs
Waist - 32"
My goal is to become the biggest vegetarian I've ever seen.
Goal (Long):
Right now I'm bulking up taking in about 3800 calories a day. Getting this many healthy calories in a day is almost harder than my workouts. My belly is always full and stuffed. It's helping me grow, but I'm almost ready to start cutting - lol
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 15 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
7%
Upcoming Contest:
Every Room: I'm preparing to be the most fit guy in every room I walk in to.
Maybe I'm just not in a people mood lately. My last few workouts have been plagued by annoyances.
First there is the rookie that thows the bumbbells after pressess like he's Ron Coleman. The difference is Ron Coleman has perfect form and is lifting more than 55 pounds.
I HEAR THAT MAN THAT'S IMPORTANT TO DO LOL.....I'M GOOD MAN ...KILLING THE WEIGHTS AND EATING CLEAN THAT'S ABOUT IT MAN...OTHER THAN THAT DUDE LIFE IS LIFE...I'M TRYING TO BEAT IT AT IT'S OWN GAME LOL
Hey, thanks for the comment on my blog. And for what it's worth you're the biggest vegetarian I've ever seen. Great job - I'm sure it's not easy bulking on a vegetarian diet! Keep up the great work.
