I USED TO DO ALOT OF RUNNING WHEN I WAS YOUNGER, SO I WAS ALWAYS IN A FIT SHAPE, BUT I WAS NEVER SATISFIED WITH THE WAY I LOOKED, I KNEW IT WAS TIME TO BULK UP WITH PURE LEAN MUSCLE.
Why I Love It:
AFTER WORKING OUT I FEEL GREAT. IT MAKES ME FEEL MORE CONFIDENT IN WHO I AM AND DRIVES ME TO ACHIEVE MORE. I ALSO GET ALOT OF COMPLIMENTS FOR THE WAY I LOOK AND THE WAY I CARRY MYSELF BY MEN AND WOMEN ALIKE, WHICH IS ALWAYS AN EGO BOOSTER.
How I Stay Motivated:
MY MAIN DRIVE IS FROM COMPETITION FROM FRIENDS AND FAMILY. IT ALWAYS PUSHES ME TO WORK HARDER TO MAKE SURE I AM ALWAYS A "CUT-ABOVE" THE REST! ANOTHER MAJOR INFLUENCE WAS I WAS ALWAYS LOOKED AT BEING A SMALL SKINNY UNDER 11 STONE BOY BY FAMILY AND NOBODY EVER RECOGNISED ME TO BE THE SON OF MY FATHER (WHO HAS A 19 1/2" NECK SIZE). SO I WANTED TO SILENCE ALL MY CRITICS, BUT HAVE NOW TURNED INTO THE BIGGEST CRITIC, TO MYSELF.

I WOULD LIKE TO BE CONFIDENT ENOUGH AND HAVE A BODY WHICH IS GOOD ENOUGH TO APPEAR AS A COVER OF MEN'S HEALTH AND BE ABLE TO WALK AROUND BRIGHTON BEACH WITH MY SHIRT OFF!!!
What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
PERSONALLY I HAVE LOOKED AT ALOT OF CELEBRITY BODIES AND AM NOT IMPRESSED WITH HARDLY ANY, I THINK THE MAJORITY OF PEOPLE ON THIS SITE HAVE 100 TIMES BETTER BODIES THEN THEM. Which pro bodybuilder/fitness/figure competitor has the ideal physique? Why?
I DON'T KNOW TOO MUCH ABOUT BODY BUILDERS AS HAVE JUST STARTED LEARNING ABOUT THE FIELD. IF I HAD TO CHOOOSE SOMEONE THEN I WOULD SAY I LIKE THE LOOK OF HOW MR.ARIES LOOKS, VERY IMPERESSED!

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
IF IM DOING A HEAVY SESSION THEN 3 SETS OF 8-10 BUT IF IM DOING A NORMAL SESSION THEN I WOULD DO 4 SETS OF 12-15.
DAY 1: TRICEPS & CHEST - LIGHT TRICEP WORKOUT AND MORE FOCUS ON HEAVY WEIGHTS ON CHEST. WOULD ALTERNATE BY DOING ONE CHEST EXERCISE THEN ONE TRI EXERCISE AND REPEAT UNTIL I HAVE DONE 3 EXERCISES ON BOTH. WOULD USUALLY DO 3 SETS OF 12 ON TRICEPS AND 3 SETS OF 10 ON CHEST.
To be honest, I never calculate my BF% or weight. No reason to. If I want to see improvements, I make them. All that really matters is how you feel about it. If you want to improve, its up to you...if you are happy with what you have, then more power to you :)
B.Bunni here reporting 4 duty...I was a VERY BAD GIRL last wk & due 2 my shame I didn't post any new progress pix however, 2day I felt reassured that I was getting back on my game so...if you get a chance, stop by sometime this 4 sum overdue feed bk!
