Its True when you lose the weight you have much sex... I heard that saying and I must admitt IT's REALL TRUE. I am really shocked by all the attention I am getting at the gym when people are asking me out.. go figure..

Well I mean all those things you learned in the military and stuff to be mentally strong about it. You body can take so much more the your brain thinks. When your abs start burning then thats just the start, you gotta do an extra 25 after it burns and when your done it should be like your abs are on fire. Thats the best way to get results.

Yeah, I need to start doing that as well. Have you thought much about doing HIIT? Now that I've run out of creatine I was planning on starting with that.
