I was fat and flabby after having 4 kids in 4 years--and decided to prove that you CAN BE BUFF and BEAUTIFUL after having kids, and went on to win 5 figure titles the next year
Why I Love It:
I love knowing that I am in control of how my body looks and feels.
How I Stay Motivated:
By encouraging others and constantly building momentum towards my goals. Right now I am having several photoshoots, so being in TOP form for the summer is my goal.

125 end of Six weeks to SEXY contest in my RR~ i feel sexy!
I am very happy with how I look an feel right now, and maintenance through this BUSY time in my life is crucial.
My goal is to lift 4-5 days each week, keep striving to do the SPLITS and keep my body fueled to perform. I am really striving to create the Best BODY, Life and legacy possible.

Description: These are great for isolating your GLUTES...Starting Position: Feet 6"wider than Shoulder width. Feet at least 1.5 to 2 feet infront of the bar. Go down low to where you butt stretches. It is important to go as low as is that is comfortable. Push up through your heels and squeeze your butt at the top of the motion. And hold for 2 counts.

I've worked out 2 of those 5 days so that's not too bad, but I expect BETTER!

I get a kick out of all the 'kid' stuff in the background AKA the writing on the walls, laundry, kids chair and spackle where most likely someone went through the wall. lol
