Personal Info And Background:
Real Name: Todd
Sex: Male
Age: 42
Location: Union, Maine, United States
Occupation: The Beer Guy
Personal Website:
Gym: The Kid's Playroom
Gym Location: In the kid's playroom, across the living room
When I Started: Feb, 2008
How I Started: After losing all that weight, I started to get some actual definition. I've NEVER had definition. I like it....a LOT! So I decided to commit a year of my life to developing my body into the one I've always wanted but was too afraid to try to earn. I have now decided to extend that original 12 months into a 45 month plan thru the end of 2011.
Why I Love It: I love the challenge of pushing my body's limits to new levels, striving to set new PRs every workout and the changes in my body, mind & soul as a result.
How I Stay Motivated: I want "that body" and I'm determined to have it!
BB Accomplishments: - Losing 70lbs in 13.5 weeks (82 pounds total to date)
- Winning a local "Biggest Loser" fitness competition as a result
- Getting below 200lbs for the 1st time in over 2 decades
- Getting the beginnings of some (to me) KEWL definition
- Losing 30% of my bodyweight!!! (to date)
- Changing my life forever

My Old Life 3 Months Of Work
This was me in January, 2008. I weighed about 270 and had been overweight for the better part of 20+ years. I decided to make a change in my life when a local fitness center sponsored a 12 week "Biggest Loser" program. I started my new life on February 4th, 2008.  A side by side of my back development over 12 weeks.

Every year my parents come up to visit & spend New Year's with us. They stay at a local B&B run by a world class chef & his wife, who also has a great background in hotel management (that is how they met, ironically...working together).

We would join my parents for one of their...

Thanks for your comment. I'd checked out your profile and was impressed by your own body transformation. I slipped on ice last week so I can't do any upper body workouts for a few weeks. I will have to concentrate on legs and cardio!
