When I Started:
How I Started:
Ever since I was a kid I have been pretty healthy BUT very skinny. When I graduated from High School I weighed 145 lbs. soaking wet at the same height I am now, 5’10.
For the longest time I have always wanted to reach a solid 200 lbs. So that is one of my goals now. My #1 goal, however, is to stick with working out for 52 weeks. By that time I will have developed some strong habits. After 52 weeks I will just keep going. I have and always will lift drug free.
Why I Love It:
"I DO IT BECAUSE I CAN, I CAN BECAUSE I WANT TO, I WANT TO BECAUSE YOU SAID THAT I COULDN'T"
- Great Quote.
How I Stay Motivated:
"TO LIVE IS THE RAREST THING IN THE WORLD, MOST PEOPLE EXIST, THAT IS ALL"
- Another Great Quote.
BB Accomplishments:
I AM LIVING IT. I am doing it.

Yuck.
18 weeks bulking. Maxes hit in the big 3 this week.
12 Weeks of Healthy Living. 3 days of weight workouts and 2-3 days of cardio.
Goal (Long):
52 Weeks of Healthy Living, Exercise and Eating.
My goal is to develop a plan that I will stick with past 12, 24 & 36 weeks. I would like to make it to 1 year and beyond of solid healthy eating and working out. This is my goal that I will reach.
- 12 month lift goals: Bench: 300 lbs., Squat: 315 lbs., Deadlift: 365 lbs., Military Press: 185 lbs., Bicep Curl: 135 lbs., Bar Dips: 50 reps w/45 lbs. weight, Pull ups: 30.
- 190-200 lbs. at 8% body fat.
- Workouts a habit as essential as putting on clothes in the morning.
- Positive effects of working out carry over to family & work.
Starting on July 14th, I have been going again. I was out for about a month with Bronchitis. I am starting things up with Rippetoe style workouts. They are simple and hit everything. Today is Rows or Deadlift, Military, Bar Dips, Situps. Yesterday I got 30 miles in on the bike between commuting...
Hi there! Thanks! How are you doing?? Yesterday i was so freaking hungry and tired, but today i feel a lot better. I guess its the lack of sleep. I went to bed early after watching the Biggest Loser.
Thanks for add and great words. Very nice of you to say. Like I said should be fun watching the ride to end of bulk and then the cutting. If success is anything like the bulk so far...should be impressive results. Andre
Thanks for remembering. Quite the progress pics and bulk. Looking certainly bigger AND MUCH STRONGER. Built up the traps, shoulders, chest and arms. Strong legs. Continued success with bulk. Andre
Great job Tom! I've been kind of in a rut myself lately... could be just fighting off all the 'bugs' everyone's been having around me? :) But look forward to finding a goal and powering back into things! Keep up the good work, your legs are looking great!
Yep.. Not as heavy as I want to or need to, but I just started a new job and hopefully I will be able to get into a regular routine again in a couple of weeks.
You better get your ass in gear, I don't wanna have to be dragging around any dead weight on the ship :)
Aw thanks! yeah, i am helping quite a few chicks :) I even get some notes from guys who i have inspired. Its really a nice thing :) Yeah, the workouts are awesome! Are you doing the same thing too? Congrats on the weight loss!
HI there! Doing great, loving my new training workout :) I lift 5xs a week now with no cardio. Trainer has cut that out for me just recently. How are things going with you??
Heya! how are you doing man? I haven't seen or heard from you in a while! I hope all is well and that your holidays are going great! Have an awesome New Year and the best of wishes and success for 2008!
