I want to send a big thank you to everyone that read my last blog and gave me the motavational push to get back into the gym. You all helped a lot and I have to thank my parents to I dont know what i would do without them. I'm finally gettin the iron bug back and it feels GREAT! Thanks...
I split It up roughly for 4 weeks I lift really heavy then take a week off then begin a 4 week light high rep program then another week off and begin the cycle again.I always include 1 day a week for cardio very important.
BUT good news is got new measurements! will post them all soon but I have lost at least 3.3% of bf% almost 4.1%!(right on the edge, give me another week!) down to 14.5% bf from 17.9 in 3 months! lost a confirmed 15 lbs! (18 must have been a scale glitch . lost bf in every part of me and got more proportional pics vids and full numbers up very soon
hey buddy saw your bodyblog. laid off sucks question is what are ya gonbna do with the time . you can take it as a curse " I am unemployed..." or a a gift "well until I find other work I have my personal 24/7 job to get in the best shape I can because I am worth it" .
