How I Started: My dad purchased me a bench at the early age of 16 and I been lifting since then.
Why I Love It: Working out relieves the daily stress I encounter, good for your health, and I want to look great around others as a healthy way to live.
How I Stay Motivated: I stay motivated by the vast surroundings that I see everyday. I want to be healthy and live for a long time.
