Goal (Long):
230 by January 1. I am going on the velocity diet and see if I can hit 230. It is possible as long as the desire and motivation hold out

So here I sit with a familiar friend reminding me that Steve changed the workout this week! I actually have muscle soreness. My weight is staying in the same range but strength is going up from workout to workout! I would have to say that Steve Poynter is the PERFECT trainer for me I have a...
There are worse things to be addicted to, if that is your addiction...I say go for it. Mine is quickly becoming the gym...which is good for me...and my wife.lol
Damn man...you love what you do. I don't know that I would keep going with all of that mess. Congrats. You are right...Steve and Cellucor make it alot easier!
Good deal man. Glad to hear it...similar story here as well. Of course I am taking Cellucor...which is helping. But Steve's workout is a huge part of that as well.
Mine is insane. I was just talking to Steve though...I may have to lay off my back and shoulders this week due to some muscle knots/pain. Don't want to take myself out of the game...rather just dial it down a notch in that area...and then hit it hard. How about you?
Hey man...you din't miss the deadline for the Muscle-Tech Hard Body Challenge...you have until mid-February to sign up for that one. Do that one instead!
I appreciate the support. My diet sucks at the moment but that changes tomorrow. This weekend was my last hurrah as junk diet goes. Best of luck to you and your upcoming fight. This April is just a BJJ competition for me, I hope to have my first pro mma fight in July. I'll keep you up to date on how things are going and definately will ask if I have any questions.
