How I Started: I've been working out off and on for years. But now I want to set goals and achieve them.
Why I Love It: I love the pump and the satisfaction of completing a workout. I even like the next day soreness. It lets me know that I had a good workout.

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
10 to 12
Fewer reps are for strength and higher reps are for endurance. I'm trying for a median.

OMG...PENICILLIN WORKS WONDERS...I AM FEELING SO MUCH BETTER AND FINALLY MADE IT BACK TO THE GYM AFTER ABOUT A WEEK OF BEING OUT SICK. WASN'T ABLE TO DO MUCH OF ANYTHING...NO DIETING (I COULD BARELY EAT ANYTHING AT ALL), NO TRAINING...AND I HAVE HAD AN HEALTHY WEIGHTLOSS OF ABOUT 5 TO 7 LBS...BUT I'M GETTING BACK ON TRACK...HOW ARE YOU?
