I started the summer after I graduated highschool. My brother was going to be a on the football team his freshman year so we started lifting weights together. Over the years I just started to focus more on my education I always worked out the consistency was O.K, but the diet was not there. I live in Louisiana and if you know anything about the food here then you can feel my pain! I often use visualization to form my life goals and being heavy was not in the picture. I decided it was now or never so I worked on my meal plan and took it from there. My transformation is always on my mind, and I will not let go of the dream until it turns into a reality.
Why I Love It:
I love the soreness I get two days after a really good workout. If am am shuffling around and need to take aspirin then it was a good one. Overall I love the way training makes me feel on the inside. I feel as though I am activly contributing to my healthy lifestyle becuase I have this fear of diabetes, HBP,and all the other weight related issues that my parents suffer from. Plus nothing but bodybuilding will give you that svelt Vixen like body that people envy.
How I Stay Motivated:
To tell the truth coming here daily looking at others photos really inspires me. To think one day that could be me! OXYGEN MAGAZINE
I also love FASHION! I have to be able to were the flyest sh*t out there.
Knowing that there is another flychik out there working harder than me.

O.K It is time to really get this poppin! My career is on the move so in order for me to live the life I envision for myself the weight has to go.PERIOD. I am most interested in what is under all the 'extra'. It brings a smile to my face just thinking about it. Truly, I just feel like my life is about to go to another level and I have to make sure WHEN that door swings open I STRUT THROUGH. LOL :)
My ultimate goal is just to live a very long productive life.
