In 2004 I had an appendicitis and although I always ate right and excerised, it took me off of my feet for 4 months. This condition completely compromises your core and it is hard to come back from. But for the last 2 years I have been training and I am in the best shape and health I have ever been in. And I will continue training for the rest of my life.

Goal (Long):
I WANT TO CONTINUE TRANSFORMING MY BODY I HAVE BEEN TRAINING IN ONE FORM OR ANOTHER SINCE I WAS A KID, BUT I STARTED BEING SERIOUS ABOUT WEIGHTS IN COLLEGE AND EVER SINCE 2004 (I HAD AN APPENDITISIS (SP?) I HAVE DEVOTED MYSELF TO BEING HEALTHIER AND STRONGER THAN EVER B4. I ONLY COMPETE WITH MYSELF AND I AM DETERMINED TO KICK MY OWN ASS WHERE AND WHEN EVER POSSIBLE. I TRULY BELIEVE THAT WE CAN DO WHATEVER WE PUT OUR MINDS TO.

Its good to hear someone is all about cardio. I wish I were. Ha ha, I'll train with weights light, heavy, and all of the stuff in between but when it comes to cardio, I'm of the impression that less is more. :-)
