How I Started: In 2004 I had an appendicitis and although I always ate right and excerised, it took me off of my feet for 4 months. This condition completely compromises your core and it is hard to come back from. But for the last 2 years I have been training and I am in the best shape and health I have ever been in. And I will continue training for the rest of my life.

DURING THE HOLIDAY I FOUND THAT I HAD TO AUGMENT MY ROUTINE. THAT IS NORMALLY SOMETHING I WOULDN'T DO BUT WITH FAMILY DINNERS AND FRIENDS FROM OUT OF TOWN COMING IN I HAD NO CHOICE. Its good to hear someone is all about cardio. I wish I were. Ha ha, I'll train with weights light, heavy, and all of the stuff in between but when it comes to cardio, I'm of the impression that less is more. :-) LMAO, what all you got planned for your body for the year?
