Goals:
Main Goal: Transform My Body
Goal (Short): EFFORT...without it you only have what you are given...earn success or it means nothing!
Goal (Long): Twelve weeks in the future my goal is to hit as close to 200 lbs. bodyweight as possible while maintaining relative leanness. I want to add 15+ pounds of lean mass. This week starts the program. It's very very different than any of the training I have done (sport specific and powerlifting) so it will be a refreshing change from my past 30 odd years of training.
Weight Goal: I want to GAIN 20 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 7%
