My friend Nick has finally opened his own gym and I couldnt wait to join. He is an Australian champion natural bodybuilder, my trainer, and inspiration.
Why I Love It:
Seeing the transformation I've already made with 12 weeks of serious training - not only the physical but the psychological changes are amazing! Im definately not in great shape YET but I hope to see my hits on this thing increase some day :)
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm turning 30 this November and I will be in the best physical condition of my life! That's my motivator!
BB Accomplishments:
I've been selected as the monthly winner for September in the Australian BodyBlitz Challenge!!! Check out my winners page (http://www.sportzblitz.net/body-blitz-c hallenge/ashley-natoli.php) so now I'm training even harder to make sure I'm the 2007 Grand Champion! ;-)

Initially, to be a monthly winner in the BodyBlitz competition I've enetered.
Goal (Long):
I hope to be judged in December as the 2007 Grand Champion for the Australian BodyBlitz challenge. I'm working hard to achieve this at the moment, and hopefully I come out on top.
In the past it's been chest/tri's on Monday, cardio Tuesday, shoulders/legs on Wednesday, cardio Thursday, back/bi's Friday, cardio saturday, with a complete rest day on Sunday (which is always my junk day ahaha). Oh and I smash my abs at least 4 times a week!
Hey Ashley! Thanks for the add! Of course you can do it too... just stay on track and it will come! Matt did do the WNBF show. He only decided to do it on the Wed before the show, he's usually in much better condition! Keep up the great work! - melita :)
