Reading muscle & fittness for her. Also noticing how out off shape I was. I saw myself in a mirror at a shopping mall and I was disgusted. (thought this has got to be a magic mirror).mad me really see that I wanted to get in shape for me and my son. Live a long and healthy life.
Why I Love It:
releaves stress from my every day life. work; college; family. I need a place were I could escape. At the gym I'm the BOSS.
How I Stay Motivated:
buying muscle & fitness for her and seeing these women on the cover with there incredible bodies. Telling myself if i keep working hard I'll have there body and maybe even the cover some day.
I’ve done really well over the holiday season without gaining a pound. But I have not lost any either. So I’m really going to work hard to drop 10 pounds by summer. I went to the gym for the first time yesterday in a month and my body is hurting. This is what I get for taking a time out....

I LOVE dedicated woman protein powder...it has a TON of calcium and vitamin D; so much so that if you drink 2 shakes a day you don't need an extra supplement...plus it's DELICIOUS, high in protein, low in carbs, and cheap on this site.

As far as protein powders, I have been using the Cytosport Muscle Milk. I drink that within 30 minutes after my workout. It makes me feel full and comes in many flavors.
