How I Started: I got started lifting when I played football in college. Afterwards, it just became part of my routine. I feel bad if I am away from some type of working out for a long period of time.
Why I Love It: The pump you get. The transformation that can take place if you keep it up. The health benefits.
How I Stay Motivated: My wife and my job as a physical educator.
