As soon as i got out of hospital i was playing sport and knew i had to get stronger because i felt alot weaker, so i started doing situps, for about 2 months then bought some dumbbells, saw a little abit of a difference then started to get serious about it as of December 2007

hey mate. how u going? good here. it's nearly the end of week 3 training here. just doing weights with twists added that give a really good burn. am getting some results. from week 4, i'm gonna start a proper workout schedual. should b good.
i wasnt being defensive dude. i thought you were the one who wanted to know why. besides ive stopped taking protein. now im just taking amino acids and multi vitamins.
i'm trying differt supps cause im looking for the one tht suits me. everyones body is different. dont tell me if everone eats rice they will gain weight. some cant. they have to eat potatoes or other carbo. so im doing trial and error with myself as guinea pig. look at the olmpyians. they keep changing thier supps till they find a suitable one. dont tell me you dont knw about this?

This may sound strange but I've been doing the same Split for 10 years, and it doesn't change leading up to a contest, Why? I believe that I've prepared all year long a certain way why would I change it up 2 weeks out! Just my method though..
Shaklee and Amerisciences multi vitamins. I have used BSN's No-Explode and CellMass, Muscletech, and Gaspari's SizeON. EAS PRotein along with others. Omega 3 and joint EAS from Amerisciences.
