Goal (Long):
My overall goal is to compete on a yearly basis in fitness competitions and from the beginning place in the top 10. I am trying to set up my Short Term Goals in monthly incrememnts so hopefully that will be a constant motivation for me instead of setting those goals 3 months out at a time. :-) If I keep it up my weight should be in an awesome range by January 1, 2009 and I can focus on developing the look of my muscles.
Which pro bodybuilder/fitness/figure competitor has the ideal physique? Why?
I love the look of Tanji Johnson....she is a smaller frame that where I actually want to be but she has an awesome build!

What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
I see the most time people are not paying attention and are not focusing on what they are doing.
