How I Started: I have always wanted to be in a fitness competition and never really had the motivation.
Why I Love It: I love the look of bodybuilding and the fact that I can outrun my children. I want to be a fit/healthy/FUN mom!!
How I Stay Motivated: Right now I dont stay motivated at all. I am wayyy too busy and dont have the peace of mind to be able to even complete the simplest routine.

Main Goal: Lose Fat
Goal (Short): Time to get back on stick!!! These past few weeks have been crazy! Now is the time to get right. I am really going to try and stay focused. I need 15 pounds down...mostly from the thighs! :-) V
Goal (Long): My overall goal is to compete on a yearly basis in fitness competitions and from the beginning place in the top 10. I am trying to set up my Short Term Goals in monthly incrememnts so hopefully that will be a constant motivation for me instead of setting those goals 3 months out at a time. :-) If I keep it up my weight should be in an awesome range by January 1, 2009 and I can focus on developing the look of my muscles.
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 42 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 20%
