Goals:
Main Goal: Transform My Body
Goal (Short): No 'Roids, No HGH,.......Just Me, Busting My Ass!
Goal (Long): I get into and remain in the best shape possible without the use of illegal substances. My next personal challenge will begin in April of '09. My challenge will be to get down to 5% bodyfat by June '09. Until then, I want to hold steady between 6.5% - 8% bodyfat for the winter months.

Here is a typical Shoulders & Traps workout for me.....again, I change things around from time to time.

Shoulders

Bradford Presses

Set 1:  105 x 12 (warm up)

Set 2:  140 x 15

Set 3:  145 x 11
