I was always a scrawny little kid but somehow discovered myself fat prior to the start of one particular school year, 9th grade maybe? I immediately went on a diet with subsequent cardio addiction.
Why I Love It:
A workout serves as a mental reset button for me. I approach things entirely differently after a decent workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm one of those guys that dreads the impending workout all day long. Once I'm in the gym, I usually come around fairly quickly. But to be totally honest, I'm motivated by the expectation of guilt, as I feel terribly guilty if I miss a lift.
BB Accomplishments:
I have none. I once had some chick tell me that I looked like a "miniature bodybuilder". Not exactly an accomplishment...but it is what it is.

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
I'm on injury maintenance. I take 250-300g (1200kcal) quality protein qD (chicken, tuna and supplement). I force myself to get 50-80g quality fat qD (720kcal). I take a 100g bolus (400kcal) of simple sugars post-workout. I'll take another 150g of CX CHO qAM (600kcal). My maintenance is right around 3000kcal. If I'm trying to smooth-over and add size, I'll increase the protein and fat proportionately. I'm absolutely MISERABLE when I'm bulking (which is why I'm so small!).I'm on injury maintenance. What is the best type of protein for you?
Whey Protein
Why is this type of protein best?
There's no selection for whey AND casein. I like casein at night but, in general, I prefer quantity over quality.
I get many questions about chains, only several of which I can answer truthfully. Here's how I build mine...the why is better found elsewhere. Please don't be offended if this is overly detailed or not detailed enough!
I went to Lowe's and bought two five foot lengths of the...
