Yesterday I strained my wrist and was afraid I couldn't do back workout today. But I was wrong, aside from barbell curls I was able to do all exercises. Deads, bent over rows, dumbell curls etc.. all went well and I had a good workout! Hope my wrist heals soon to train fully!
Twice your weight? That's awesome bro! My fave bodypart is probably biceps and chest. I hate doing the abdominals, never really see progress in it. I guess you're much better in abdominal workouts judging from your visible 6 packs!

Adrian--sorry to hear that--but you are right its great to be amongst people that inspire and uplift--dont be affected by other peoples negativity--you were born to live a great life and I believe that just having the desire 4 it is the 1st step-every day is a chance to start again and live great. Have u ever read anything by Jack Canfield?..I enjoy his stuff..
