I started working out when I joined the Marine Corps 9 years ago. When I was in the Marine Corps for 8 years I weighed 180 and solid muscle. I was blessed to serve 2 years as a Drill Instructor at Parris Island SC. I did what every Marine does and that's competing against each other to see if I can put foot to ass when it comes to physical fitness. And I DID! Since I've been out of the Marine Corps for 11 months, I've gained so much weight, lost my form and got lazy.
Why I Love It:
Testing my physical abilities. I also love the way I feel after I workout. I love the pump. I am the most grumpiest person you will ever meet if I don't workout that day.
How I Stay Motivated:
Everyone on BodySpace motivates me. I see so much determination and dedication on here. So if you see me request to add you on my friends, its because you motivate me.

This is me 2 weeks into my transformation program. I came from 223 to 206. But I still need to do alot of work. Just need some more time.
Hi sweetie Im doing well. I just finish doing my workouts at home. It went well a little diff today but I did great. I did abs and arms. How are you tonight? lol
I made some kick ass cookies and kept eating those!!..but it was worth it, I have lost the 4 lbs I gained and I'm working on getting back the muscle I had!
