Was tired of getting pushed around in the streets of Brooklyn, NY. Needed to get bigger, faster and stronger during street fights and for H.S. sports
Why I Love It:
I love the challenge and discipline involved as you control your own destiny. Most of all, "I love the feeling of being able to rip a tree out of it's roots."
How I Stay Motivated:
Steve Reeves, John Grimek and all the Natural Old Timers as well as Boyer Coe, Chris Dickerson, Lee Haney, Rich Gaspari, Frank Zane, Franco Columbo, Serge Nubret
I had a 5.0 before as well as a 4.6. I sold my mustang earlier this year, I will get another someday. I saw a nice cobra pretty cheap here in DE last week. Take it easy man.
I just upgraded from a T76 to an 88mm turbo and increased the exhaust to 4" on my '94 GT....should be pushing over the 1000 rwhp number now. Look out low 9's!!
I had to install a 1 inch plenum spacer in order to clear those tall valve covers. Also, I should have bought the aluminum version which is alot lighter but more expensive. Yes, I am using an Edelbrock RPM EFI intake with a 65mm T-body. I should use the 70mm T-body but been lazy to swap out. Trying to hit the drag strip but been rainy here in the eastcoast-NJ...
thats funny cause alot s/c stangs were icing down..Yeah i've got mac cai, underdrive pulleys,MSD ignition, bbk shorty headers,o/r h,eaton posi trac-loc,FFRP 3:73's, steeda short shifter, king cobra with adjustable bbk firewall quadrent, timing at 12, Next is upper/lower intake and a 70mm TB..I think next time i'll try launching in 2nd...This is too much fun...
