How I Started:
Picked up a weight, set it down, then picked it up, and set it down again, and still doing it!
Why I Love It:
It's my outlet from reality. It's where I can become a child's superhero.
How I Stay Motivated:

Realising that there are people out there such as --

Any means to accomplish stewardship to others whether in bodybuilding or teaching someone how to ride a bike identifies your confidence and eagerness to pass on a legacy of philantrophy. So compromise yourself and do a first show because in the footsteps of Arnold Swarz...however you spell it, will lead to other great times in your life.
