I've always been an athlete, I played everything from soccer to basketball, I've always been a runner and I even tackled powerlifting. But even then I wasn't into lifting, I was really thin and toned from all my activities. But with age came....well bad knees lol. So 2 dear friends of mine in the summer of 07 got me back into the gym. They gave me great eating and lifting tips. So now I LOVE fitness and every aspect of it.
Why I Love It:
It helps me with my confidence. I love molding my body to how I want to look. It's a challenge but it's worth it. It's also a dream of mine to become a personal trainer and fitness model...so I have to work hard.
How I Stay Motivated:
By reading and studying. I admire Tanji Johnson and Melissa Hall..... and esp. Alicia Marie! They keep me motivated. All the women on this site also keep me motvated.... it's great to see so many beautiful and strong ladies on here. Also by seeing other people, I'm naturally competitive so I want to be the best. I want to one day inspire people how I've been inspired.

Goal (Long):
I eat better but I need to get real serious about eating clean. That's my weakness, I love food. But I've been experimenting with different training and soon I'll be taking up this boxing program. I am due for knee surgery this fall so I want to be in great shape prior to that. But my long term goal is to obtain my BA in fitness promotions (which I am working on now), a certification to be a personal trainer and compete. I eventually want to own my own gym/fitness center one day.
Yep, from March '04 to March '06. I'm acutally have a follow-on back out there. I'm heading to Lajes 15 for months in May. You look familiar. I use to work out at the Southside Gym. Use to hand out with Bling, Jon & Rell mostly.
